Initially a bad experience – I thought Instanatural had made a price change by decreasing the amount of an item from 1.7 oz to .5. Turns out the wrong item was shipped (in a travel size, not the normal size). My email of complaint was answered swiftly & courteously and Instanatural is making good the error.

Still haven’t received my product so it’s hard for me to review. Seems like it should’ve been here by now though.

So far it has been great! I got a personalized recommendation on the products I should use in relation to what my skin is going through and what my goals are. I love the ingredients and what the company stands for. I can definitely see a difference in my skin already. So I'm excited to see the result after long time use. Knowing I can reach out and speak to someone or make tweaks to what I'm using now is awesome too! Glad I came across this line!!!

I can't review the product because after two weeks I'm still waiting for it. I ordered two so I could get "free" shipping. I guess "free" meant it is being sent by bicycle. When I pay this much for an over-priced product I would at the very least expect to receive it in a reasonable time.
