Pro: Customer service went above and beyond and considered my unique situation in light of their no return "on demo" policies.
Con: This topper was not for me. It did not alleviate the discomfort I am having. Tried it on my Naturepedic Organic mattress and our old generic mattress. Did not work either way.
The company finally decided I could return it. I had a hard time initially, but customer relations finally came through for me and allowed me to return the topper minus shipping.

The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! There are evenings where I feel like my back is going to go out on me, and then I'll wake up the next day and I'm fine! This bed is far superior to our old sleep by numbers bed

Purchased the Nightfall and we absolutely love it! Since getting the new mattress there’s been no more nights of constant tossing and turning or waking up with aches and pains. Great customer service and the delivery company used was professional and courteous. Highly recommend the bed and company.

We love our new bed. Sleeping good after our original bed slowly began to sag leaving me with really bad low back issues. Our new bed is extremely comfortable. We even upgraded from the queen that we bought first to the king for the extra room and it's been worth it. Its supports all sleep types. I'm a back and side sleeper and my wife is a back and stomach sleeper. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because you can feel the Motion transfer of the other person. Overall we are happy with our bed.

To be honest I had never heard of Intellibed before. I was fortunate enough to try out one of their beds (Numea Indigo) at a local retailer. Immediately I knew it was the bed I wanted. I tried out several other beds for weeks but kept coming back to this one. There was really no comparison. I suffer from lower back issues and never able to find the perfect bed that provided pressure relief yet provided the support I needed for proper spinal alignment. I tried high end memory foam beds (too hot, and regardless of what they claim develops body imprints, chemical smell for weeks), air beds (also too hot and too firm when you air up for support and too soft when you air down for pressure relief, also off gassed chemical smell for weeks), and also tried traditional beds in the past (sagging issues every time leading to major back issues). So nothing seemed to work for me. I slept in a recliner most of the time while my new beds got no use after a few months. I also have the challenge of having a Wife that is smaller and a side sleeper so often a bed with good support for me was too hard for her. I read a few reviews on this bed and some say it is too soft. Typically that would be an issue for me with most beds but this one is soft yet supportive. The gel matrix is truly what someone like myself needs. It provides support where needed but collapses around pressure points. There are other beds out there that utilize a gel matrix material but they are not high end beds like this one. This one adds luxury features and materials along with the gel matrix. You cannot feel or hear the matrix in the Indigo bed like you can in lesser quality gel matrix beds. Thats important to know if you do not like that feeling. Also, this bed arrived with no smell. We slept on it the first night and there was absolutely no off gassing of any sort. That was very impressive considering experiences we've had in the past. One thing that is always a concern when ordering a bed from a company you are unfamiliar with is what kind of service will you get if you have an issue. I can say that Rachael (Customer Service Manager) and other members of sales and management have been there for us with any questions or concerns we had throughout this process. Also had several people follow up to make sure we were happy with the bed. This is actually a wonderful company that cares a great deal about their customers. I was quite surprised by that as it is not common these days. The price tag on the indigo is quite high and its probably not for everyone and I was hesitant at first. We took a chance knowing there was a trial period and fortunately it worked out for us. We have enjoyed our bed so far and it shows no signs of breaking down. We have paid several thousands of dollars for traditional spring beds and foam beds in the past that sagged or gave us issues within the first year, after their trial period expired. We had to eat all those costs so those experiences justified paying for a high quality mattress since we did not want to continue throwing money away. I will certainly update this post if there are issues with this bed but so far there are no signs of sagging and usually you can tell right away. Sincere thank you to everyone at Intellibed that helped us get this bed.

The most comfortable mattress I have ever owned. I have had other mattresses custom made, but my Intellibed mattress has been exceeding my expectations for several years. I highly recommend this brand!

Best. Bed. Ever. AND Amazing customer service! I am writing this review after more than one year of sleeping on our Intellibed and you cannot tell... it has not lost shape or form at all...no body troughs or wear and tear to be seen. (As compared to my in-laws high-end Stearns and Foster pillow top mattress that has slumped with 3" body divots after only a few years.) We sleep GREAT every single night - which is not an exaggeration. I'm 5'3" 155 and my husband is 6'2" 215 and we both find this bed (Cal-King) to be remarkably comfortable and supportive. It does have a different feel than any other mattress I've laid on and it took a good couple of weeks to adjust but it's well worth the transitional woes to get to a dreamy cloud-like supportive and restorative sleep.

We came to Intellibed when looking for a non-toxic mattress that would also stand the test of time. We were hesitant to make this kind of investment without being able to physical see/touch/feel the bed first, but we can honestly say they stand behind the warranty and support you if after your trial you find it's not the right fit. That, however, was not our story. We loved it and still love it and have not experienced any kind off-gassing odors or any breathing or health issues. It's truly a clean product! We also have the adjustable base which is great for rainy day movie marathons and for helping relieve back tension on the zero gravity setting before falling asleep. We also have the Intellibed pillows - BEST EVER for side and back sleepers - and a mattress topper in our guest bedroom. Sometimes we take naps in the guest room because the topper is basically a dreamy cloud of awesomeness. We're basically Intellibed groupies in our house... dare I mention we're also in the market for another one for our son....?

In full disclosure our journey was not picture perfect, but I think it's important to share the full story as a testament to Intellibed Customer Service. We had an early snafu with the craftsman ship of our first mattress that was unfortunately repeated with the second mattress. HOWEVER, I understand there can be supply chain and manufacturing pains with when you're a growing company. I can honestly say the reps at Intellibed took care of us. They acknowledged the mistakes, owned them, and made them right. While it took more time than we would have liked, we received a product that was perfect and the company took extra steps to right the issues we experienced.

Glad for this mattress as gradually improving sleep

I love my new Intellibed mattress! As advertised, it is both soft and gives support so that I can sleep comfortably in any position, back or side. When I needed a new mattress to replace an old one, I wanted to buy one made of non-toxic materials so that there would be no toxic fumes to breathe in all night. Intellibed meets that criteria.

The Intelli-Gel Topper - Twin XL, TXL Protect-Ur-Gel - Twin XL, for $604 USD helps me sleep on my side on the top of an XL Twin Avacodo bed.
My physical therapist recommended this particular model as the one that he himself uses.
Tried to sleep with and without the topper to see which was better, I slept better with the topper.

I still have issues with my hip during sleep which may not be the topper’s fault, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

My morning backache has all but cleared up. I am thoroughly enjoying the Intellibed and miss it when I travel. I highly recommend it!

We love our Intellibed! The customer service was helpful and great to work with. They did everything they could to ensure our happiness and satisfaction with the products we purchased.

The intellibed mattress topper has further ruined my sleep. I'm very unhappy and in more discomfort than before. I no longer use the topper and I cannot return it.
