The product and customer service are solid, but the packaging, a dirty smashed box with a mattress pad that was folded and taped together, was really sub-par in today's vacuum sealed compact bed-in-a-box packages. I feel like you could save space and cost with more effective packaging.

I have a tempurpedic bed and purchased your mattress topper to go on it since I have been having problems with my back. Its perfect, but the product that blew me away was the pillow I bought from you also. No more headaches, stiff neck or pain in general. Highly recommended and worth the money.

My wife and I used the Intellibed topper on a newer bed we purchased that did had a no-return policy. Needless to say, this topper salvaged our situation and now we love our bed. I also have a few friends who use the topper in conjunction their cheap camper and RV-beds and they really like them as well. Great product! We will certainly consider more from Intellibed in the future.

We purchased our Sapphire King Mattress with the adjustable base for Christmas 2017 and have been delighted with it. We like the wireless remote that allows us to position the bed to our liking and return to that setting with the push of a button. My husband describes the feeling as "sleeping on air" as it supports and cushions all parts of the body. The body aches we felt after a night on our old bed have disappeared and we feel very rested on our new bed. We were very pleased with the customer service we received in the delivery and setup and their willingness to answer all of our questions and give a thorough explanation of how to work the remote to adjust to the various positions for the greatest comfort. We have been happy to recommend this mattress and bed to our friends and family.

I haven't slept through the night for a really long time until now! I LOVE our new Intellibed mattress. We have always had the old style mattress with box spring and after a few years you begin to feel every spring. Rolling over in the night meant hitting another spring. Or if my husband would move in the night I would know. Now we both sleep so well - I don't even know if we are moving around anymore!!
I saw the advertising for “firm but soft” and couldn't understand how that was even possible. But now I know it's true. Whoever designed the concept of this bed is brilliant. Thanks Intellibed for giving me a good nights sleep. :blush:

My boyfriend and I have had the Intellibed Posture Perfect Lo-Motion King mattress with adjustable base for several months now and it has been the best mattress experience I've ever had. I wake up feeling great, I love the adjustable base and use it everyday and I can't imagine using another mattress. My boyfriend who has bad allergies used to wake up with a stuffy nose all the time but now he doesn't and I attribute that to the fact that the mattress is made with non-degradable materials with no off-gassing. So glad we went with this bed!
