Awfull delvery time( i am still waiting my delivery fbad organized delivery in general -postal service told that deay happened becausedelivery was in incorectly paid by sender( keep in mind i paid for fast delivery as a client.. customer service awfull as well-they not answerlng the mails… most probably i will find more reliable cashemire knits supplier next time

My order was placed on December 14 it is now December 28 and, not only do I have no item, but also, cannot track the item. I have since received the item I ordered. It is just what I expected and I appreciate the quality of the cashmere. Not being able to track the item so I had some idea of when it would arrive was a problem, but my previous review was made in haste and should reflect on the holiday shipping and not the quality of the product.
