I bought REAL cashmere arm warmers this time around. They are soft, warmers and comfy. The charcoal Grey is perfect. I wear a lot of Grey and they fit right in. The purchase went smoothly as did the delivery until I accidentally blocked updates. Shame on me. Customer service was very helpful when I wondered where they were. They had been in my post office box for several days BEFORE I expected them. I give the arm warmers and Customer service 5 stars. I have already recommended Italy in Cashmere to my family.
