Purtroppo a ridosso del periodo natalizio può capitare che ci siano ritardi dovuti al sovraccarico dei corrieri.
Abbiamo aperto una segnalazione al corriere e la teniamo aggiornata.
Inoltre, come puó leggere in chiaro sul sito e come spiegatole via email, i nostro prodotti sono tutti fatti in Italia ma l'azienda Italy in Cashmere ha sede in Regno Unito da dove spediamo. Se avesse ulteriori domande ci ricontatti e saremo felici di assisterla.

Dear Eugenia, unfortinately there have been some delays with deliveries to Spain due to couriers congestion. We can see from the tracking that the parcel has been delivered safely on 27th December.
