The best customer service I have ever experienced. Placing an order on Christmas Day to replace a lost hat, I had some problems with the online order. The owner called me from his vacation to help me, the hat arrived the first day post started working again. The hat is much loved and we already know the quality is amazing but the customer service was worth 10 stars, sadly I can only leave 5. Thank you.

bought product in early November as a Christmas present for my wife she loved the wrap quality size style everything except the colour (my fault) contacted Simone and explained the situation and an exchange was arranged immediately even though more than 30 days had passed since receiving the item on return of the original purchase the exchange arrived 4 days later. I am very impressed with the service this company displayed and yes my wife loves the new colour bordeaux and will eventually forgive me for not knowing that she doesn't like light grey.
