Purchased this hat for the upcoming colder season. Dispatch was very quick and it was well packaged and included the zip up storage bag, a brilliant plus in my opinion. The quality of the cashmere and knit was excellent. However I returned the hat when I discovered the fur pom pom was not removable for washing. This to me was a deal breaker as I think hats need to be laundered reasonably often as your head gets really hot. I was told that the hats will have removable pom poms at some point, which is great. When that happens I will be happy to repurchase. Would definitely recommend but just be aware of that one issue.
