My poor rating is not for the items ( that are of a very good quality) or for the Company , but for the courier they used . Despite the help and support offered by Simone ( of Italy in cashmere) in trying to expedite the delivery, the courier came up with stupid excuse that i put an Uk contact number for the delay but Amazon and other courier delivered everything with the exact address details. As i said Simone at Italy in cashmere was very prompt in answering me and did try to expedite things but they sent the package out on the 3rd -and was delivered on the 14th January.Maybe the Company could have offered minimal compensation .

Black pure cashmere roll neck poncho cape
High quality material! The design of this poncho cape provides very good coverage so it's warm, snuggly and stylish. It doesn't have the slit or gap up the side my other poncho has, it's a full bell, like a skirt. I much prefer this style for I'm not alway draping the corners across surfaces (I have to tuck the corner of my other one into my pants so's to not drag it about) and this full bell style is warmer. Love it!

Cashmere speaks for itself- it’s so lovely and delicious to wear. I have made the mistake of buying “cheap” cashmere in the past, it quickly pilled and developed holes.
