Our experience with itseasy has been a nightmare. We have filled out this paperwork multiple times, each with some type of error on their part. We ended up changing travel dates and may have to change them again. We paid for expedited service with them not knowing that the consulate was closed? Really?!? Shouldn’t they know that ahead of time? Wouldn't you advise the 'customer' that expedited would not be available due to that? It seems that these people either didn't know or decided not to say and instead charged for it. Please know that just as I am sharing just a fraction of our displeasure and disappointment with 'itseasy' because it has not been. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to go through.

Part of our visa service includes Document Pre-Check where we review completed documents for accuracy before they are shipped to us to ensure timely processing. This customer shipped her documents prior to completing the DPC process causing unnecessary delays. The consulate was then closed for several days which caused further delays. Despite receiving her visa, ItsEasy acknowledged the delays and refunded her over $200 in fees. We put customer service at the very top of our priorities and always will.

I found my passport to be water damaged three weeks before an international trip. I found ItsEasy staff to be helpful and responsive, and I never had to wait more than 10 minutes on hold to talk to someone. The process for a rush replacement was easy to follow. My passport arrived in time for my trip. While I hope to never need this service again, I am glad it was available when I needed it.

It was a bit expensive but it was my own fault that I had to use their service in the first place. The service itself was A+ rated. I paid extra for the document verification, which came in very handy with the rushing and mistakes I was making. Communication via phone, online chat and email was all very professional and helpful. Once I had everything in order I sent in my packet. They told me what day they would start working on it and when I could expect my renewed passport back. I actually got it back one day early. If you're in a serious bind with limited time to deal with a passport on your own, I highly recommend this service. It did relieve a lot of stress from me as I didn't have to worry about calling for appointments and traveling. Although I considered this service expensive, I got my money's worth. It's hard putting a price on stress.
