I have used this service for years - they continue to be excellent, deliver the services on time, and are easy to contact with any questions. Highly recommended.

It was extremely helpful and gave peace of mind to have the concierge walk me through the documents needed to make certain no mistakes were made to delay getting my new passport.

Service was great, they took care of everything, kept me updated at all times, and I received the passport quickly. Great job!

ItsEasy did a good job. Helpful and accurate, we got our passports quickly. Is it worth the price?

Excellent service. Too many requests for a rating.

The staff was very helpful!

Was a great service!

Great service. Couldn’t have been nicer

Clear and thorough instructions were easy to follow. All the necessary forms were provided. The return service was very fast and received as I requested.

We needed a quick turn on two passports for my children and the execution and service was flawless and all documentation was received on time in advance of an international vacation

Terrific service!

Terrific service!

I have used your company on several occasions, beginning in 2007. This last experience started out pretty rough, but turned out well, thanks to Ms. Heba. Not sure how much need I will have in the near future, but will certainly recommend you to other consultants (such as myself).

Quick and reliable service. Highly recommend!

Very easy, straight forward, efficient and friendly.

Great experience. Received my passport very quickly.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience using It’s Easy Passport Service.

I chose to use your app to renew my passport, primarily because it allowed me to take my photo directly from my phone and generate the necessary forms. However, the overall process was frustrating and did not meet expectations.

After submitting my application using the forms and label generated by your app, my documents sat with It’s Easy for approximately three weeks without any action. I was then contacted and informed that I had submitted the wrong form—despite using the “renew passport” option within your app, which generated those forms.

At that point, I was told that if I needed my passport by April 1st, I would need to pay an additional $80 expedite fee. Given that the delay was caused by the lack of processing and the incorrect form generated by your app, I believe this fee was unjustified.

I paid the additional fee; however, my passport still arrived six days later than the promised date.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend or use It’s Easy Passport Service in the future. I am requesting a refund of the $80 expedite fee, as the delay and additional cost were not due to any error on my part.

Please let me know how you plan to resolve this issue.

Sincerely,
Tim Wylie
