The service was as easy as possible, I brought the forms in pre-filled and gave them to the agent. He took my picture and then everything was submitted. I got email notifications along the way and my passport (10 days) and passport card (two weeks) came back in less than 2 weeks. The expedited service worked like a charm

This was GREAT that this service was available to us. I have a trip to London coming right up, and to get everything I needed fully taken care of without leaving the office was a dream. My photo is terrible, but aren't they always?

I wish you took better passport photos. There should be a mirror to comb one’s hair when it is windy outside. Also there should be a seat and good lighting. Who wants an ugly photo for the next ten years?

Thank you so much for your 4-star review! We wholeheartedly agree, nobody wants a bad passport photo. That's why we do indeed have a full "vanity station" inside our NYC office. This includes a mirror with a light ring, and a small desk and stool where customers are free to check their look before the photo is taken. Additionally, we always show the photos to our customers and will take as many photos as necessary to get one the customer likes. We never proceed with a photo unless it has been explicitly approved by the customer. Finally, we are proud to be the only passport/visa company to provide free passport photos with EVERY service.

This is a great service—-you do it all from home—-the app gives you all the direction you need to create your new passport—-once you create your new pictures and update your info you send them to an It’s easy address. When it arrives everything is checked and in our case my wife’s picture needed to be taken again. Once approved everything is submitted to the government for their approval. When they approve the new passports they are created and shipped to you—-total tracking updates are provided from the time your post office receives the passports until the new ones are on their way to you. In our case the whole process took two weeks. Very happy and now set for another 10 years. I highly recommend this company
