This is my second time using ItsEasy Passport to renew my passport. The last time, I got help with a Visa, too. Both times have been easy. This past time, I am hard pressed to think of any way they can streamline the process any further. The app to take my own passport photo on my mobile phone was nice, too.
However, there is some lingering confusion. I received this request to rate the service yesterday and it said, "We recently completed an order for a Passport and/or Visa for you." However, (1) I have not received my new passport (probably because my application is at the passport office), and (2) when I log into the ItsEasy website to check my order status, it is set as "processing". According to the website, there is not enough detail to know if my application is still at ItsEasy or if it has been sent to the government.
