Outstanding service. Second time I have used itseasy. I had a serious time issue on this occasion (caused my by own mistakes) but itseasy took that all in stride and got my Passport and Visa back to me literally in the nick of time. A great company!

While I'm happy that my visa arrived in time, I feel like I'm not sure what my money really went towards. I was required to pay an extra $45 for the document pre-check service when really all I did was submit my application and hear nothing back. The document pre-check felt inefficient, unsure, and made me question the validity of the site a couple times (Why are they asking me for my password?) If I hadn't already used them for a previous visa, I would have gone to a different site immediately. I had to reach out to ItsEasy multiple times for guidance on next steps, and while they were helpful each time, I feel like what they told me to do should have been explained from the beginning. IE-submit paperwork, visa is okay to send now because received the paper, etc.
Overall a very disappointing experience!

Hi Stacey. My apologies for your experience. I have reversed the Document Pre-Check service on your order. We have completely revamped our Russia Visa system so nothing like this will happen in the future. Russia is a challenging country with all of their requirements, which is why we modified our systems just this past week to deal with these challenges. I hope we earn your trust back in the future.

I needed a Brazilian Visa. The Brazilian website for the e-visa kept glitching so I tried Its Easy. It really was easy! Thanks.

Used this service twice for my boss's business visa. Not only are they quick and efficient there customer service is beyond helpful. I would call probably 2-5 times while filling out his visa to ask a question (as these applications are very specific) and every customer service representative were super knowledgeable, they never had to say hold on let me check, they knew every answer right away. Were happy to help and even offered to walk me through some things. Also, for me at least, one of their offices is located in Grand Central, a five minute walk from me.
I will definitely have to use them soon again in the future as my boss's international travel is increasing -- I am not sure how I found itseasy but I am so happy I did!

process was quick and straight forward. I normally do not leave reviews but I am leaving this review in hopes that the issues raised are addressed as I plan on using this service in the future. Update your website, no excuse ! your website looks like its from 1999. that is mostly the largest issue. The other only issue I had is my status said pending when it should have said submitted, even though the estimated timeline for completion was accurate, its good to know your package was submitted. I had to call and confirm because I believed maybe my package had not be submitted to the consulate and would result in my visa being issues too late, keep those status updates and current as possible, this is a time sensitive business.
