If you need a visa or a passport renewal--especially if time is short or the process is complicated--you can absolutely depend on ItsEasy. One time, the folks at ItsEasy saved my job, basically, when I failed to pay attention to EU travel rules regarding passport expiration. And, if there are any uncertainties beyond their control, they will be very transparent about those. If you want to be sure, call on ItsEasy--don't fool around with anyone else.

My experience with It's Easy was generally very good. My problems were with the Indian embassy request for visa form, which was exceedingly inflexible. Otherwise, a great experience.

Hi JamieM - I'm so sorry for the complications with the India visa application. They are really strict about them - but I am glad we caught the issue before it was submitted to the consulate and we got it cleared up in advance. If it had been submitted we would have lost a lot of time with the application eventually getting rejected. OF course you were concerned - It's crazy! But that is just how it works. I've been doing this for 15 years and this is one of the most common concerns clients have. We use FedEx for great package tracking and once in our hands everything is securely handled between our offices and the US State Dept or foreign Embassy's. Your passport and documents are always secure - but from our clients side I always understand the hesitation. Thank you for allowing us to serve you and we look forward to doing so again soon!

The best thing I like about "Its Easy" is that they are in midtown of Manhattan accessible through mass transit and above all open on weekends. I am a single mother working Monday- Friday 8Am- 5PM so submitting documents on weekdays were not easy for me, so for that reason, I like Its Easy and recommend to those who want their job done on a weekend.
