It does what it suppose to do. The only problem is when I load lots of MP3 number at once, the program becomes very unresponsive. I guess it is natural, because the use of Java language.

Really like the product. Fundamental requirement for my music library and Step1. Two wishes – 1) add or integrate with a player as when playing a song to decide whether to keep or which version I prefer, it autoadds to my music library when sometimes I don’t want it to and 2) if you could add in an editor similar to Track Inspector of Simsian, that would be fabulous. Two ideas to add to a great product.

Just started using this to clear a backlog of thousands of classical tracks which were inconsistently and poorly tagged when ripped. Still learning how to make best use of this but so far it has been brilliant. Have already saved several hours work and I have only had it a couple of days. Excellent and easy-to-use tagging software. Very "smart" in how it fixes metadata. Best-in-class for classical music. One or two areas where there could be improvements, but the support is excellent and the development path so far would indicate that further improvements will happen soon.

Of all the music tagging software I have tried, this one is by far the best. My favorite part is the color coding that shows you something has changed along with the before and after before you commit any changes. My only gripe is this is a steep price to pay for essentially a one time update to my music library. Should be cheaper, but the program accurate and helpful.

Thanks Jason. I think usually customers have an ever expanding music library and use Jaikoz on a regular basis, and the license does not expire so can be used over many years.

Great software. I have been using it to clean up my music collection and it has been awesome. There are an incredible amount of features and options, but once I had them dialed in, SongKong has done exactly what I needed it to do.

Jaikoz is a very useful program for me. There are also almost no applications that can do the job (esp. BPM information).
What I do not like so much is usability. What I mean is the window-handling with the small arrows on the left side of the screen. It would be great, if the application would get a complete overhaul of the user interface.

Hi Michael. I'm not sure what you mean about the small arrows but I do agree a refresh of the GUI would be a good idea, please share your ideas on the forum.
