Hiro is very wonderful guide. She's so accommodating to our needs and made sure every queries we have are met with a satisfying response.
Sammy, her assistant, also did a good job attending to our needs and tried hard in his own way to communicate with us.

All I can say this tour in Japan is fantastic. I really enjoyed all the places that we went. I was telling Hiro for sure we are coming back to Japan.

Nice for Hiroko to bring snacks (and cold medicine) around on the bus.

Know it's hard to provide meals for large groups - Tempura was prepared too early and cold and not hot & crispy.
Hiroko is an excellent guide and very knowledgeable and tries to make sure everyone is satisfied with everything. She is a great host and guide.
