Know it's hard to provide meals for large groups - Tempura was prepared too early and cold and not hot & crispy.
Hiroko is an excellent guide and very knowledgeable and tries to make sure everyone is satisfied with everything. She is a great host and guide.

Highlights of Japan | Grand Tour 13Days
Would have loved to see Taiko Drum show and Skytree in Tokyo. Japan Deluxe Tours delivers on Highlights of Japan Grand Tours. It was comprehensive as indicates in brochures. This tour was selected out of many due to all the areas covered with 12 days were actually 10 days with 2 travel days - we covered a lot! I would definitely select Japan Deluxe Tours for future Japan trips and would highly recommend to friends & family! Both Hiroko and Driver represented your company well.

We had a wonderful trip in Japan. People are very friendly and helpful. Our guide Hiroko made sure that we had a pleasant trip and wonderful time here. We loved the company of all the people in our group. Every city was full of wonders and excitement. We learned a lot about Japan and its culture. We had a fantastic tour. Loved it.

The driver Mr. Araki was impressive in his driving and parking. He was always cheerful in the mornings. Hiroko and Sammie were great as a team, especially when there were 40 of us. Hiroko made this trip a wonderful experience

The quality of the portable microphone the tour guide spoke into should be upgraded. I had trouble understanding. I must stress that time should be reconsidered as we had too little time at many places.

Anime Japan Tour | Hiroshima 11 Days
A faster paced tour based purely for younger people would be great as the tour slowed down and felt awkward to slower when older people joined. Not fusing 2 different groups with different interests halfway through. Anime versus sightseeing (older and younger people with no common interests) a tour that visits more anime locations would be cool too with more shopping time!

We had a wonderful trip w/Ms. Hiro. She was very passionate about Japan and happy to explain the different aspects of Japan. The sights were wonderful but wish we had more time at some of the sights/
