So I was in a pinch this last season due to a broke charging chord. Bestecollars had exactly what I needed and was on my door step in no time.

Excellent product. I already had the 1900s one dog system for our young Boxer who had a little trouble listening on our hikes when there was wildlife and other distractions around. She responds very well to low levels of correction, never going above "25". We decided to train our other rescue Boxer (with an even higher pray drive) to hike off leash. So we upgraded to a two dog system with a lighter receiver because she is much smaller and far more sensitive. Most often we only need to use the vibrating stimulation to get her attention! If that doesn't work a nick at "12" does the trick. We are now enjoying our daily 4-6 mile hikes hands free! These products are very reliable and extremely user friendly. My only complaint about the ARC system is the way you turn the receivers on and off. You have to match up a red dot on the handset to one on the receiver and that turns it on and off. I thought if the handset was turned off it wouldn't be able to turn the receiver on. Wrong. I must have had them too close together and in just the right spot for one receiver to unknowingly turn on. The battery was drained for our next day's hike. No big deal as my dogs are very well behaved for the most part. I now know to store them separate. I transferred the receivers to collar of my making and now they are super light weight. Love these products!

We run a large boarding, daycare & training facility and have a great deal of experience with barking dogs, and the myriad of "no-bark" collars on the market. The Dogtra YS-300 is by far the best out there. With a rechargeable battery which means no more hard to find goofy and expensive batteries going out just when you need them. They are also fully select-able for correction so no more over correction when a gentle reminder is all that is required. GWP with high pitched excitable barking problem.... cured within 2 weeks of wearing the YS-600. I don't mind normal barking in a dog but my 2 year old German Wirehaired Pointer shifts into an earsplitting screech when she is excited. I only needed a level I on the collar to stop the problem! Currently she does not wear it but once every few weeks when a barking adjustment is needed! Thank you, Dogtra!

I swapped to Dogtra from Garmin/TT and I have never looked back. The ability to swap stimulation is unmatched by any collar on the market. They also hold charge like nothing I have ever used before!

The system is used for both a 60+ pound GSP and a 10 pound rescue. It has been effective in keeping both within a large open yard. I now use it only 20% of the time and they still respect the boundary.
I did not use the flag system due to uncertainty of mowing times. The older/larger dog knew the system from prior use and it worked for both. It is a must due to an adjacent highly travelled beach access road.

So I purchased the spare transmitter because my one dog stays at home with the wife and kids and the other goes with me but did not want to buy a whole new set. The transmitter was programed by the best ecollar team so when it got here it was ready to go. It works great and will continue to purchase from them.

I was sent the incorrect batteries for my needs so I mailed them back per instructions on June 13th. It's now June 30th. Still waiting for my refund.
