I bought the 12" mayhem bars and installed them on my 2023 Street Glide Special last week. I went ahead and ordered the 4: clutch extension to give me some slack in the cable. USPS said it was delivered to my house on May 3rd at 11:20A.M, however when I arrived home nothing was there. I reached out to Ret and Brett and within an hour they called me from a rally in Panama City Beach, Florida to help resolve the issue. Even though it wasn't their fault, and even while at a rally installing bars on customers bikes. They took the time to call me directly to work out a solution to get my clutch extension. I can't rave about this company enough! I've already referred two friends that have now ordered their bars, and they just made me a lifelong customer who will be a walking and talking billboard for them. Their products are top notch, made here in the USA and shipped out within days of ordering. I absolutely love their after the sale customer service and will forever be grateful for what they've done for me.

I ordered 14" Straightjackets. Quick delivery, great service and easy install on my 19 Road King.
