Bars are great. Little bit of trouble wiring the right side, big bunch of wires. But after that it was easy. Started with 12" but realized they were too short. 14" is perfect. This is my wife's bike she is 5'6" and is completely comfortable. I'm 6' and the fit me as well. Great product for a great price.

Personally I always feel as if my orders should be processed faster. However I realize most of that is me wanting to get on and done with whatever project I am on. All in all I think they processed the order in a timely fashion ( for being busy). The Bars and grips shipped here pretty quickly once they were sent, and I installed them and was finished later that evening. I would be remiss If I didn't say this was by fart the easiest bar swap I have ever done. From the time I called and asked a few questions, till my order was completed KST Kustoms were professional, and courteous. I have no problem recommending them to anyone.
