I ordered my bars 5 days before Christmas and got them in the mail quickly after they reopened from being off for the holidays. The bars seem to be good quality at an excellent price.

Once past the installation of control wires all went well. Great choice of handle bars. Love the ride. Lot smoother in the curves and no lower neck pain.

So many choices in the market when it comes to handlebars. My taste is simple "old school" and you cannot go wrong with the 12" Strait Jackets!! I'm 6'0" normal proportions with a 32" inseam. Saddle is a 2017 mustang super solo seat and my hand position is still bellow shoulders by couple of inches. Very comfortable riding position. I didn't push the bars all the way up as I like the riding position where there at and when you pull up next to a stock set of bars you can definately tell you've gone custom. Installation was a breeze, taking my time with it. The stock bars were off and the 12" Strait Jackets were on in less than 2 hours. My first time installing a set of handlebars with internal wiring.
Got a ride in today since it was 65 degrees on January 25th in KC Missouri. The more miles I log the bigger my smile gets with handlebars of this quality and fit. The purchase experience was awesome, bought on a Monday morning and on my front porch in KC MO on Weds afternoon! Packaged and protected extremely well. Guaranteed if the time comes for another set of bars I will choose KST Kustoms!!!
Thank you,
Brandon A.

I am very happy with my 14" Straight Jackets, the height, width and pull back is exactly what I was looking for being 5' 7" tall. Great bars for the money, will be revisiting KST for my Road King after installing these

First of all, I just love the look and shape of the KST Renegade bars, and they really provide the aggressive look I was seeking to compliment my '17 Road Glide Special.
Because of certain physical limitations, I sought bars that would keep my hands at a point that would be lower than my shoulders, so I went with 10". The KST 10" Renegade bars seem to end up with a higher rise and hand position than other 10" mini apes on the market, so that was one of my deciding factors. At the same time I wanted bars that would put me in a more upright riding position to correct tailbone/coccyxs pain caused by my natural hunched/hunkered riding position. These bars ticked all the boxes.
Then, coupled with the fact that I dropped my fairing by adding a 3" fairing lowering kit, resulted in me getting a more slammed look, with the appearance of a higher set of handlebars, but without losing any riding height and keeping my hands below my shoulders thereby eliminating shoulder pain and loss of blood to the hands.
About the bars in particular. The shape of the bars and the angles, as appealing as they may be aesthetically, really exacerbated the difficulty of re-wiring the bars internally by the feeding of the wire harnesses. I haven't confirmed it, but someone said KST offers the bars pre-wired, either for an up charge or pending a core return. While I cannot confirm this, I can say that when I ordered these bars, had I known this was an option (if it is in fact an option), I would have happily jumped on it and taken advantage of it.
Re-feeding the wire harnesses to internally wire any type of handlebars can be a difficult enough process, but the sharpness of the angles on these Renegade bars made it exponentially more difficult. Don't get me wrong, these Renegade bars look bad @ss, but there is a trade off, so attention KST... hint... hint... this pre-wire option is, or would be, a GREAT idea.
The only other issue was not realizing until told in response to email inquiry on the topic, is the fact that the KST Renegade bars DO NOT come with holes drilled for the HD OEM factory positioning pins. These pins are there for ease and speed during assembly at HD factory so a single technician can do the install. As a result there was a little bit of pin tapping and pin grinding to do with a Dremel, but it was easy and didn't affect the install in any other way. Not to mention, removal of these pins allowed adjustment of the bars forward and backward whereas the factory bars were limited because the pins fixed their positioning.
These bars are really nice quality in both fit & finish and a real bargain considering the competition. I got the satin black and I was quite impressed.
Overall I recommend these Renegade bars.
