Terrible customer service ! Want you to do the leg work when shipments get lost by fed ex..will not follow up when shipment is short of item with a email. Have ordered a total of 3 x for my store...I'm sincerely hoping my 3rd and FINAL shipment from this company is right and have decided I didn't want to be on there wholesale list after this. If not my bank will be hearing bout it !. Really UNHAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE !

If you don't mind signing a form saying they can fire you at any time for any reason, and another form stating you won't sue regardless how hurt you can get working at lolllicup. Then I guess it's a good job.
Who wants to work for a company who has no loyality towards there workers to fired them when ever they want or no responsibility when you get hurt at work?

Horrible customer service. Don't respond to emails, no one answers phones half the time, mess up orders if they even can fill them and just a general headache to deal with.

Great place to work I worked here for a year and a half came in as a temp from an agency,I took the time to learn all the machines and am very knowledgeable of all the machines thanks to hard work and paying attention,I got hired on by the company and still have been working my way up to be a machine operator and now I'm a machine operator lead.If you want to work and learn new things then this is a great job for you to advance and move up in the facility just got to take the time and learn all you can.Really great people that always have a good additude.
