I was the team lead here and also trainer And had gotten fired for a employee messing up a machine while I had went to the restroom and we even watched it on camera. Management is entirely unorganized and are biased and only are interested in employees that are Asian, the mechanics are real nice guys and also from Taiwan but I will say they are good guys. Lollicup doesn't ever want to give raises that are well deserved and they have you work holidays and no holiday pay. They always rotate your shift hours and expect you to make sacrifices that management can't even make. I liked working with my employees there but hated dealing with the unorganized management. They want you to think its a career but what career doesn't take the time to help you make your job into a career.Ron just talks and also manager kevin sun
