I don't think this is on you guys cause everything seems to have gone right on your end, but after tracking my order on ups, it says it's been delivered, but I haven't received anything yet

I had long admired a friend's unicorn onesie and he told me "Just get yourself one, you won't regret it and you'll wonder how you didn't sooner." He was so right, and I adore my dragon kigarumi. It arrived quickly, the colors are vibrant, the material soft and cozy, and it's just darn adorable. I am a petite 5'2 so I was a little worried about it being too big but it's perfect.

Your service was great and efficient. I just had an issue with the French post where my kigurumi were stuck for 8 days without giving news.

Products are great- navigation isn’t the easiest when you’re looking for something specific vs. just browsing.

My brother is a big guy. More than anything he wanted a Kigurumi. We had tried some cheaper ones and they were not even close. The XL is truly a plus size Kigurumi and made my weird brother’s dream come true. Thanks!
