Your customer service was great, everything you told us about the product was spot on. I ordered the bat for my daughter. It fits her nicely, is very roomy, adorable and fun to wear. The delivery was quick and just as stated. This is the second product we've ordered from your shop and I'm sure there'll be more in the future.

Wonderful products although they are a bit pricey and the shop’s user interface can have some issues especially with the $10 off promotion.

I have bought 9 kigurami's over the past 4 years. They are all well made and adorable. The lobster onesie is super cute on! Definitely recommend it.

Great company. I signed up for an email when the item was back in stock. They emailed me as soon as it became available. Shipping was fast and my wife loved the product. Looks really well constructed.

Looks and feels amazing! Knew the sizes are running a bit big but that’s what makes them super comfortable. Also didn’t take into Texas weather ????

It's amazing! Excellent seams, soft fabric, lots of cute details. Highly recommended! I'm 5'10" - the legs barely reach my ankles - but I'll get black socks and claw slippers and should be good to go!

I had a hard time figuring out which Kigurumi I wanted because they’re all so cute! I eventually settled with the otter. I ordered the xl because I’m pretty tall but I could probably get away with a reg as the xl is a bit roomy. The material is soft and I’m in love with the paws that cover your hands! All in all a great purchase and I will be ordering more kigus very soon!

The website was easy to use and I had no issues in the buying process. The product I bought was the XL Sea Otter Kigurumi, and I love it so far. My only complaint is the tag on the inside; it's pretty itchy and difficult to remove. Other than that, it's super comfortable and not too hot.

Kigu is awesome! I normally love rocking a onesie, but the poncho will work splendidly as my Halloween costume and for rainy days thereafter.
