The marketing of the property was tailored, proactive and even during an unprecedented time during lockdown, the marketing of my property was outstanding with a speedy response, tailoring the marketing via a tailor made video. This meant my property was viewed and sold within days of coming out of lockdown. And then from sale to completion was an amazing 6 weeks. Tom was also proactive when there was a potential issue identified with knotweed meaning a survey was organised within days. We put our first home up for sale , with interest in buying somewhere bigger. We chose kingsman estate agents as they were very professional and were more about getting me what I want rather then just to get my business, throughout the process Tom was able to meet all our requirements by selling our house aswell as updating us with property’s he thought we may be interested in. Tom was very trustworthy and was able to complete viewings without any hassle of us being around or worrying. Tom was also able to get me in touch with a great morgage adviser and a range of solicitors.
