David @Kingsman provided an excellent service. The whole approach from Marketing to contract chasing was proactive with very little pestering from me required.
Kingsman provided very sensible, honest valuation and marketing advice and delivered on their recommendations through the sale of our house (sold within 1 week of being put on the market!). We met with several other agents prior to instructing Kingsman and found their approach was some way short of Kingsman's. I would highly recommend David & Kingsman.
