I recently bought an LV messenger bag. During the live selling, the seller mentioned that the bag is in excellent condition with no call outs. When I received the bag, the magnets are not working. I reached out to Luxcellent and ask help with return/refund but they just ignored my emails. They have further claimed bag was in excellent condition even after I sent videos showing the defect. Very frustrating. If only I can rate them with zero i would do it

I am so amazed I was able to score this LV bag for such a reasonable price! The reverse pochette metis is now difficult to come by and I was able to buy a fairly new model for only a little more than I would have from LV. The bag is authentic and just as described by Luxcellent. I'm even more thrilled that the bag is Made in Italy. I am a very happy customer that will highly recommend Luxcellent to anyone. The bag was also promptly shipped and I was notified by them when the item was delivered.
