Excellent service. Easy to order. Very helpful telephone advice. Bed arrived sooner than expected and the delivery driver was really kind and considerate. He arrived very early and waited until he saw mum was up before coming to the door. He set up the bed and made sure they knew how to use it before he left. Superb!

I can not praise Laybrook highly enough. I have delt with a lovely lady called Donna. She has answered all my questions very quickly and efficiently. When the bed arrived We were so impressed with the quality of the product. The engineer was amazing. Very patient with my elderly mum. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Half the price of most places but as good if not better qualiy. Thanks a million all.

I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent service you have provided in relation to my father in laws bed.
The service you have given is awesome and is sadly lacking in other companies and I would like you to pass on our thanks to everyone at your company. You should feel very proud of the excellent service.
My father in law is not able to fully enjoy the comfort of the bed and we have peace of mind that he is both comfortable and safe. This peace of mind is worth its weight in gold.

We are delighted with our Laybrook adjustable bed and have been very impressed with all our dealings with Laybrook. From viewing the beds in their showroom through to the installation, everyone we dealt with was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend that anyone looking for an adjustable bed should consider Laybrook for their customer service and value for money.
