I was very pleased with the reponse from placing the order to prompt delivery and constant update from the courier. My purchase was as described and I am very pleased with my coat now I have got this. My order had not been delivered as DPD HAD STATED IN THEIR EMAIL TO ME. I was informed that the parcel was left at No. 16 , because I was not home. I was in and horrified having seen attached to the email the signature of the recipient being not the name of my neighbour and a house that was not the one nextdoor to me. I replied to the email promptly and a week later have heard nothing back. I have scoured the housing estate which is not small going to every house number 16 that fit the description of the one in the picture. Fortunately the parcel had not been collected by No 18 of that street. I work nights and lost a days sleep looking for my parcel which I had spent a lot of money on. This has spoilt my shopping experience but I do not see this as a fault of the store. I have had many items delivered by DPD and have had no problems until now. My rating and overall shopping experience is a reflection of this and not the store itself.
