I discovered Leonard Coombe Equestrian on line and noticed they sold Balino Chelsea coats in their summer sale.
I rang the shop and a very polite helpful lady answered the phone. I asked a few questions about size and fit and she guided me through by checking firstly to see if they had my size left in stock and secondly put it to one side while I ordered it on line.
The lovely Chelsea coat in camel arrived the very next day just as the lady had said.
I will definitely shop there again because the personal service and going that extra mile to help out is well worth it.
