Very easy shopping on your site. I just received my jacket and it seems well made and fits nice. Shipping took 5 days which wasn’t too bad.

I ordered 4 items on July 24th. Three tops and one pant. The order came to $329.58 and has been charged to my credit card. I have only received two tops. I have sent two emails to find out where the other items are and no response. I then connected via text two days ago and whoever I'm texting with keeps saying they are waiting for the "team" to get back to them. The items are either available or they're aren't. If the aren't I need a refund on my credit card. Oh, and by the way, I tried calling, no luck.

I signed up for texts and mailings but the discount was applied to a non complete purchase then was deemed unavailable because I had used it. It super user friendly.
