I only received one item. I messaged customer service and the email referenced online stating orders are weeks behind. When I checked out it stated 2 day shipping with 3-5 days processing. I’m now about to leave for the event without the pants I ordered and should have been here in time.

Placed my order on July 2nd, received notification of shipping on July 26th and that was several days after I had reached out to customer service requesting an order update and was told it would ship the following day. I will say that customer service was prompt in responding to my inquiry.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Placed my order over two weeks ago. Hasn’t shipped yet. Stuck in never ending customer service loop with no real person responding. Just more discount codes sent my way. Will never shop with you again! Have been on hold with your customer service telephone line for 1 hour, 51 minutes, still nothing. Can’t even cancel the order.
