My wife purchased a pair of Relaxed Straight for me from StitchFix about 2 years ago, these are the only pants i wear day in day out. Figured it was about time I came the source and signed up to get myself a couple of pairs. A little trouble with the redeem code for the points, I lost the ability to use points because the "looking for address" loading page timed out and I had to hit the back button and wasn't able to use it, but it doesnt matter, I'll be back on this site again in no short time. Thanks for the quality. Cheers

Might be my computer, but some photos of the products either didn't show up or were slow to load on my computer. Other than that, everything was easy and check out went without a hitch.

Easy. I loved how the item, size and price stayed on the screen while I was entering data. Appreciate that and can't wait to get my jacket! Love the 20% discount as well and the options for shipping.

Could not claim 20% discount to agree to get texts. Entry box for phone number would not let me type anything. Worked with customer service with no resolution. I gave up and placed order. Have been waiting for these pants to come back in stock for a long time.

Very frustrating! Items selected were not included in “sale”. Qualified for free shirt, but there are no shirts available in plus sizes. Very disappointing!

I cannot get a free tee shirt (as promoted) with this order because they all only come in E-Small. I want the green one in LARGE. Please check on this.

They offered me a 20% discount on the first purchase and they have not done it, bad customer service.
