The site is relatively easy to use, but color swatches are small and a text description of the available colors would have been useful to help me distinguish black from charcoal from navy, etc. also sizing info was confusing, I ordered 3 pairs of pants in similar styles/fabrics and one said true to size while another suggested ordering up one size. In the end I ordered all the same size so I’ll just have to wait & see. In this day of online shopping having consistent sizing is a big plus. None of us like having to return anything.

I haven't received my product yet, so I hope I like it. I called almost a week ago and left a message and have called every day since with no human contact. I am new to this brand and wanted to get some help with fit as curvy women often have trouble with the fit of jeans. Oh well. Like I said, hope they work for me or they'll have to go back. I really don't want to get into a back and forth with shipping different sizes. I used the fit finder tool but again, would have been nice to talk to a person who knows the brand.

Placed order over weekend and selected Shoprunner for 2 day delivery. Liverpool confirmed delivery by Wednesday 5/25, or sooner.
Received email just now on Wednesday that my order is just now shipping. Unless it arrives tomorrow morning, these items will arrive too late.
