To start, I adore Liverpool jeans. But, your website is absolutely horrific to navigate, on both desktop and mobile. First, it's impossible to open items in a new tab (it'll just open the image of the item), so I find it annoying to compare items. Second, the site's navigation is very broken. I couldn't see what was on sale despite clicking into the sale because it just loaded the entire inventory instead, when clicking into "knit tops" it showed me denim jeans, when I was trying to look just at "skinny" in the jean section, it showed me random blazers too...I came to the site to get a pair of black jeans and wanted to browse for more stuff, but the shopping experience was so bad that I checked out ASAP once I'd found the jeans I was originally going to purchase.

Never received my order says it was suppose to be delivered by February 4th and it’s now February 19th. No tracking info is available. Emailed the company said I would get a reply within 72 hours and never received a response it has been past 72 hours. .

Absolutely terrible. I was charged for my products ordered but the package never shipped. After five attempts (three emails, one phone call and one online chat), I cannot get ahold of any customer representative with Liverpool. But - Liverpool charged my card upon submission of my order. Now, 20 days later, I am charged for a product I won't be receiving, and Liverpool is unresponsive to my contacts. HORRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
