Horrible! I ordered jeans 2 1/2 weeks ago. They supposedly shipped two days later, but after two weeks, the shipping still says "label created". I have tried reaching customer service MULTIPLE times - by phone, by chat, by email. No one has called back. No one has connected to the chat. No one has replied to the emails. You cannot ghost your customers. I don't care how bad a labor shortage is. It's no excuse for charging your customers for a product and not delivering it. I had heard good things about your jeans, but you just lost a potential customer.

I love the brand. Have ordered from them before. But I placed an order two weeks ago, my bank account was debited that day. I was given an order number. I finally received a notification that my order was to be delivered that day. To date I have not received my order. I have had to contact them on my own to find out why it hasn’t been delivered. Still waiting.
