The website response was slow so that made shopping a 'be patient' experience. I wish I could look at a whole category for women's without choosing a subcategory. For example under tops, can I just choose tops without have to choose tshirts? or all pants. Choosing a subcategory got REAL old REALLY fast.
I'd like to know if the style/model name Renee is the same as what you call "Kelsey?"
Thank you

These Liverpool jeans smell sickeningly bad. I can’t wear them because the smell makes me sick. This is the case even though I’ve cared for them carefully since I got them. I wash them in cold water and let them air dry. I can’t afford to spend so much money on jeans that are unwearable. I need to return them and get my money back so I can buy jeans I can wear, but Liverpool is not helpful.

I had a lot of trouble with the payment part of the web site. I’m not sure why, but finally gave up. When I looked at my phone 2 hrs later I had a text from the company offering me a discount which I appreciate and decided to try again. I was so frustrated I wasn’t going to try again but did and it went through. The trouble I had (and too much time spent ordering) is the reason I rated the experience lower.

I struggle with sizing on this website. I read the size chart and figure out a size, then use the size calculator and get advised to get a different size...both of which are different than the size I wear in this product that I bought in person...

Confused on what the discount applied to.

consistency of fit among same styles does not exist. purchased several regular straight relaxed pairs of jeans with coolmax and all 3 pairs fit differently. not sure what happened. should have a better description of how the styles fit and how they are different.

Messed up website; took numerous attempts to order. Should have ordered yesterday; would have gotten 20% off.

If I have reward points, I should be able to use them just as if I applied cash. I was not able to use the $15 I had in Reward dollars and the 20% off coupon. Just doesn’t seem right. I purchased anyway but will think twice about a second purchase.

I ordered my correct size and they fit great but after
2 hours the butt was sagging. I wished I would have
Ordered 1 size smaller..But I had already washed and wore
them.Having to constantly pull them up.Loved the fabric.

I own Liverpool Jeans color Coleman. I entered the style number LY2188A4 but the search didn’t show any results. Would love to purchase them again. They are my favorite jeans.
