Great product, but very poor customer service. I had to create an account in my husband's name to make a purchase, as I could not get into my account, and my calls and emails to customer service went unanswered. My email address is fkielt@yahoo.com.
Your phone message says to leave your phone number and email address, and someone will get back to you. They never did. Then, when I answered your first customer survey, I described how I couldn't get into my own account. The response I got did not even address this issue. My husband asked me to delete his name from further business, as he is not really the customer, but he keeps getting emails from you to jim.kielt@yahoo.com
I also never got an answer to a question I had on an item many months ago, so never made the purchase. Why have a box that says "ask your question here" if you never intend to provide an answer?

I received a pair of pants fairly quickly , but the return/exchange process has been frustrating. I had to fill out an online form and print a return slip, but there has been no acknowledgement or update since. I have no idea what to expect.

Hello Liverpool. When I created an account and ordered a pair of jeans yesterday I was unaware of the 20% discount that was sent to me via email so unable to apply the code LOVELP20. It would have been thoughtful if the 20% discount on the first order was presented at the time of Ordering and not in an email that could be and was overlooked. The Order Ref is 65980. Is there any chance the 20% could be applied retroactively? Thank you for your consideration.

I love the clothing and the fit but I have 3 pairs of pants that either have holes in them or the seam has ripped out. For the amount of money I pay to buy the product I would assume they would hold up better than they have.

I had a problem using the referral code that was provided by my daughter and I don't think she will get her $15 credit. The code was $15 OFF71B1C80B8367 but when I tried to use it I was not allowed and I think it was because when I went from the offer code to the website I had a pop-up to join and I did that first. I called and waited for callback but didn't receive and went ahead and placed order but would like to see my daughter get credit for the referral. Can you make that happen, please? Thank you.

Actually it would be no star at all. I have tried to return a couple of items but your “easy” return is not so easy, in fact so far, impossible. When I enter the info and click the launch, it goes nowhere. And, I’ve left 3 voicemail messages at the # you provide for help and no one returns my calls.
