the return/exchange process is a little complicated. I opted to exchange for an alternative size and still havent received a confirmation email that my exchange has been placed or shipped. I have no idea when i'm expected to receive.

The service was great. But the jeans didn't fit. I got some "Modern Straight" mens jeans through Stitch Fix and they fit PERFECTLY. I was looking for the same cut, but other colors. The tag on my Modern Straight jeans says: STYLE #LGS300DC34, Color: Cub, CUT# 15724, RN# 133647, #62380. Is it possible to get other jeans with this same cut? Love the pants. I'm paying more than I usually do because I love them so much. Only issue I ran into is the marketing isn't very targeted. After buying two pairs of mens jeans my next email is showing me the Best Women's Tops to buy. Not really something I'm looking for.

I missed the piece of the Jean's having lycra but I still love the style. I prefer a stiff Jean to put on and let it relax on it's own. The lycra grabs and the soft bulges that I have and I find it unflattering. I am not a fan of leggings worn with out a big shirt or tunic and not a fan of skinny Jean's. I prefer stovepipe legs. The jackets are awesome. By the way I hear wide leg and baggy jeans are trying to make a comeback.

I mistakenly submitted my order while looking for a place to enter my discount code. I immediately emailed customer service to cancel. I wasn’t allowed to cancel or apply my code to my order. It definitely wasn’t the best experience as there seemed to be no way to correct the problem. I was disappointed that the checkout process does not make it easy to apply a code and that the only remedy was to return my item and go through the checkout process again.
