The order, exchange/return, refund process all went smoothly and was completed in a timely manner. I only wish the images on the website were not so large during initial browsing; it's difficult to visually compare garments when so few fit on a web browser screen at one time. Large images to show detail are great once you select the item you want further detail on.

Returned models too tight for description, Jean's are good quality but zipper is very cheap, always opening and showing your underwear, tried coolmax relaxed models,all have same issue
