Emails take days to respond. The person responding has no correct information. I got a pair of pull on pants from stitch fix and wanted to buy more. Now I’m stuck with three pairs of completely the wrong product.

Love the product! Literally my favorite pairs of jeans. While free, just wish shipping was faster.

My daughter loves these jeans! They were really long so we had to cut them about 2 inches, but that was ok. Great fit for her!

Description of the jeans I purchased is accurate to the product received . Like the option of the model offering several angles of the product . I like the fact that the material seems to have somegive to the fabric. Since this is my first pair of Liverpool jeans, it remains to be seen whether or not it holds its shape . I remain optimistic.; since I love the style of that particular jean.

These are my favorite pants that I have ever bought. They are a thick material and stay put. I wish that they came in more colors because I would order them all. I am 5’6” 135lbs and have an athletic build and would highly recommend these!

I really wanted to love these pants because the style was perfect. However, the back pockets (stitched) didn’t lay flat and I felt didint have a clean finish. The pants were stretchy material, which I also typically love, but by the end of the day, the pants had stretched out and were almost another size bigger. I gave it two stars because the style was perfect and the material was durable and felt high end/great quality.

I last ordered 2 pairs of pants which arrived on time. Both fit very well, however, one had a small damaged spot. After an email and a brief online chat I was able to return the damaged pair and receive a perfect pair in short order. The personnel I dealt with were patient, helpful and all that you would want! The product is great...it fits as expected and the quality is far and above any other products I have purchased in this price category and above!!!

I love these jeans! The fit and look are perfect. I will never buy any other brand of jeans again. They are a little pricey, but worth every penny. The first pair I bought are over 3 years old and still look and fit perfectly. That’s why I decided to order more. I bought 4 different styles and each are pure perfection.

I love my Liverpool jeans. First pairs through stitch fix- then purchase directly. Soft, comfortable and fit so well. Will be buying more!

The purchasing and delivery experience were fine, but the pants arrived with a giant burn mark or stain down one leg. So disappointing!
