I ordered a pair of pants and a pair of jeans. I love the pants, they fit perfectly. The jeans were a little big. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is that the shipping took a really long time from when I placed the order.

The staff at Liverpool are very knowledgeable. Ordering the jeans was easy. There was a delay for the package to get through customs because some paper work was missing and then the cost ---- $20.85 US shipping, , $30.00 UPS handling fee (US dollars) plus $53.00 Canadian in duty and taxes certainly makes them expensive!!!!
If Liverpool plans to ship more stock to Canada, I suggest that they make arrangements for a
broker to process their product which might bring down the cost.Or maybe it would be cheaper to ship through the US postal service

I love your jeans! I have 2 pairs that are still like brand new. I recently gained weight due to a thyroid issue and had to go up a size. I have not been able to find a similar style as I currently have. I am long waisted, so need a mid rise and could not find. I tried 2 other styles and they did not work as they were low rise and the website did not indicate that detail. I will say the free shipping on returns was a very positive and easy process to follow. Please indicate on site if the jeans are low or mid rise. Thank you
