I placed order no 31085 on 12/29/18. Emailed on the 17th, response from Maranda Izaguirre apologizing, they had shipped and would arrive on the 19th. Lo and behold on the 21st I receive a notice that the order had been refunded.

Love the pants. Crap service. While on the website for purchase back on Dec 28, 2018, it was not apparent that I wouldn't get my purchase until after Liverpool's Jan 11th warehouse re-open. I'm sure it was written somewhere but it was not obvious. I waited until Jan 19th to receive my order. I actually paid my credit card bill with the Liverpool charge on it BEFORE I got my pants. I feel that my confirmation email should have shouted out IN BOLD, that I would not receive them until late-Jan. In addition, your return system is very awkward and not even remotely as easy as other online retailers.
