One of the pair of leggings I ordered was backlogged or not available. I ordered 2 pairs of leggings on Dec. 14th. After Christmas I called and they said I'd get them soon. Called yet again and they said 2 more days. Finally- a pair showed up but just one. Got an email that same day saying the other pair wasn't available.

Ordered my jeans well before Christmas with the guarantee they’d arrive by the 27. Sent them to my brother in law’s home in Florida where I was vacationing. They have yet to arrive and now I’m back home in California and will have to pay for them to ship my jeans here. Not satisfied.

I didn't receive a shipped email. Ordered 12/14. This happened on the last order as well. My order was backordered and weeks went by past the backordered date. So I emailed them and they shipped it. I didn't like those jeans. They said straight leg but were very wide, more like boot cut. Having said that, I like their clothes. I think they are well made. I hope my order comes soon cause they are closing 12/26 - 1/11.

I love Liverpool jeans. They are so comfortable and the length is great. The shipping... not so much... I live on the opposite side of the US, but it still shouldn,t take 2 weeks to get here. The order was in procesing several days before it shipped. I know it,s Christmas, but every other package I ordered at that time has been here for a week. Your jeans are amazing Liverpool, but you need to work on shipping!
