I have 3 pair of jeans, love them; I want to order 2 more pair but the Loyalist program which gives points for purchase, has me in limbo- it is a recurring circle of "account not recognized" to "email is already an account" with no way to go to the Account to fix it. I've emailed 3-4 times, each time I get a message saying they've sent me an email with link to correct it.....that message never comes. Not in spam, they've been added to my address book, etc. The web site says to go to the "Account" tab on your dashboard- not there. Very poor ecommerce. Now trying to connect with someone live....phone just rings and mailbox is full.

I love Liverpool. I have about 7 pairs of the various styles and colors. The jeans are very stylish. The material is soft, but yet holds together and never stretches out by the end of a day of wearing. The jeans are true to size . I love the fast shipping and the easy return policy- even though I have never had to return a pair.

Love Liverpool Jeans. They are stretchy and super comfortable. I,m 5,4”, 135 lbs and wear a size 4 for reference. The only downside forbe with these jeans is that they are a big long for me. I,m sure I could have tried the petite version, but I,ve never considered myself to be petite. Overall very happy and satisfied with my purchase! Would definitely buy again!

I was sent my first pair via stitchfix and loved them immediately. Slim, stylish and a stretchy waist. I'm kind of between sizes , so this was a welcome feature. The website is not clear on which jeans have the stretchy waist band. I ordered the wrong thing the first time.

From encouragement of a friend, I bought a pair from a store in Marquette, MI, two years ago for traveling by plane. LOVED them! This year I checked for a website to see if Liverpool offered more colors in the same style. I purchased the gray and magenta colors and absolutely love the fit and colors. I am flying with my two granddaughters to Colorado for Christmas. These leggings are perfect comfort for traveling, dressing up with a sweater or a tucked in top, with the detailed pockets on them, adding a sophisticated style to them. (I wear a size four.) My oldest style conscious granddaughter says, "Now your styling grandma!" I will definitely be looking further into your line of clothing!

I was a $25/ pair jeans person before I received my first Liverpool jeans through Stitch Fix. Those jeans opened a whole new world to me, and I just bought my second pair at Liverpool online. I needed something roomy, having just gained some pounds with a broken ankle. Not your typical gal, I'm 4'10" tall and weigh 130. So these are an 8 P and perfect. These have great stretch, are cozy for the cold weather, and are stunning in their structure, fabric, and color. Yeah. I'm a fan.

I bought these thinking they were more of a classic straight leg, not tight like skinny jeans or wide at the bottom like bell bottoms, but was dissappointed by the fit. Don't get me wrong, everything from the knee up was fantastic-I've never tried a jean that fit so wonderfully, felt like it would stay put and recover from stretching. But from the knee down they are far too wide to call a 'straight leg'-they are more like semi-bell bottom. Just too much material where it isn't wanted. I hope they trim that bottom leg in the future-I'd order TWO pair, and KEEP them! ;)

I purchase these jeans and afrer 4-6 washes they fell apart. There are holes in the back pockets and threads pulling in the legs. I emailed customer service September 30th to let them know and ask for a replacement pair. I heard nothing back for a while and finally was asked to send in pictures. I did, then again heard nothing. I had to call in as well as send multiple emails. Finally October 18th they sent me two options to pick from and verified my address. I emailed back the next day indicating which pair and size I wanted. I never heard back. I followed up December 7th to find out why I hadn,t received them. Finally, December 11th the same woman says she followed up with the team and they decided they will not replace them after all and offered a couple. I cannot believe how awful it is to lie to a customer after not following up with the issue. Will not buy here again

I have been a loyal Liverpool customer. Their jeans have been amazing. The jeans are still good, but the buying experience was disappointing. I purchased three pairs of jeans with express shipping. One pair arrived, and I was charged for all three. I had to contact support three times to figure out where the other two pairs were. Once the final two arrived, I looked at the tag on one of them, and the MSRP was $79. I paid $89 on the Liverpool website. Disappointing. I won't be purchasing any more jeans here.
