I love my new jeans!

I purchased my husband,s first pair of Liverpool,s and he loves them as much as me! They look fantastic on him as well. We did have to exchange for a smaller waist size, but the exchange process was very easy.

I love these leggings. Super heavy weight stretch leggings that never bag out at the knees and always stay comfy on your waist with no rolling. Got my first pair in a boutique and bought two more online. Now I,m gifting them for Christmas. Only wish they,d make more colors!

I have bought 3 pair of jeans from Liverpool. I have not ever liked the fit I find in jeans but the Liverpool brand has changed my mind. The fit is great. The fabric is soft and high quality. I will be buying more definitely. The fit as sized too.

Absolutely love these jeans. I received a pair through stitch fix and fell in love. Wore those out and bought another pair. So soft and comfortable. Worth the money.

After hearing raving reviews I ordered these jeans. The four stars is the averaging out the 1 star for how I feel regarding the jeans themselves, but I would give 5 stars for ordering and returning ease and service. I ordered and the jeans shipped with free shipping and arrived even before estimated. They came with a new pouch should one need to make a return. Very nice. The jeans themselves didn,t seem like anything special to me, especially considering the reviews I,d seen. The fabric was soft, but the jeans felt too big and not at all like they hold in the right places as I,ve read in descriptions. The waistband cut in, like with any other jeans. Perhaps I should try the no waistband style for smoothing and no cutting in. Still I thought it odd how the legs could feel so baggy it seemed I should go down one or likely two sizes and the waistband seemed tight. Even with “ordinary” jeans I don,t have that problem. My only issue with ordinary jeans is how they lose shape and don,t keep their hold all over. I will try the ones with no waistband (or rather a waistband like leggings have) before I give up on this brand. I,ve had such high hopes. And the service IS amazing.

I purchased a moto jacket (2 day shipping) that took over 2 weeks to arrive. When it finally reached me, it was a wrong size. I then had to wait for a replacement in the correct size. Although CS team tried to help me the best that they could, they appear overwhelmed. They do not have a phone # to contact them. Emails take a few days to be read. It also appears that CS is not working on weekends or holidays. Overall 5 stars for the jacket (which I finally received) and no stats for the ordering process. So sad, I definitely love their denim

Poor fit in the black color. I have several pairs of this pant but these didn,t seem to be cut right. The sizing was definitely off. Maybe just the ones I received but very disappointing. I am 5,8 and 145 athletic build and the size 2s are usually perfect. Not this pair..

I first received a pair of Liverpool jeans from Stitch Fix, and I admit I was not familiar with the brand. I loved how they felt on me so much that I visited the website to find out more about them. In time I ordered two more pairs in different colors, as well as receiving another pair from Stitch Fix. I love the fabric, the colors and the fit. My new jeans for life!

The customer experience was just fine, but honestly I don't love the jeans. I had a pair of maternity jeans so I was excited to try regular jeans but these are not nearly as soft and don't fit as well. I see to be awkwardly between sizes.

I'm curvy...just under 5', 170 lbs. Finding jeans that fit me has always been an ordeal. That is no longer the case. These are my new go-to jeans. I received my first pair as part of a subscription box over a year and half ago and even though, I wear them allllll the time, they still look like new.

I have been trying to get ahold of, literally, anyone for a exchange due to the jeans I received having a hole in them and no one has returned my calls, emails or twitter. This is very uncool and quite frankly, time wasting—for me as a customer and a person with things to do other than try to get a new pair of jeans. I,m super surprised at the lack of response and problem solving at such a company. Shame. Excessively disappointing.
