I do wish though you carried the legging type (grey) jeans that you had about 2 years ago. Very stretchy and no zipper.

Jeans didn't fit me right, but they seemed high quality. I submitted a return, had it confirmed and sent them back with their shipping label. Their website says refund will be processed when items are received. UPS shows they received the package eight days ago and I'm still waiting on my refund. I have emailed twice wirh no response. Very irritated.

I ordered two pairs of leggings that did not work. I returned them and waited almost a month to get the refund. I finally emailed them. After two days I received no response so I called them. The person that answered the phone was not very friendly and very unprofessional. I asked about my return and she said "I see you returned them. I will credit you now". And it was done- WHY did I have to go through all those steps if they were already there. Bad experience.

I had to return a pair of pants and the size I needed wasn,t in stock. I picked a different pair and was given the a code to use to get the same discount I had received on my first order. Much appreciated and the second pair of pants fit beautifully.

Nice pair of jeans. However, the bootcut was too wide. I want more of a baby bootcut jean.

I ordered 2 pairs in different styles and only received1. Unfortunately I was distracted at the time and did not realize that the second pair wasn't backordered. It showed in Liverpool's records as shipped. When I got online to check on my order a couple of weeks later I was surprised to see this. The package I received with the single pair did not appear to have been tampered with, and there was no indication the two pairs shipped separately. I emailed Liverpool and asked about the missing item, inquiring if the weight of the package shipped to me was correct for a package containing 2 pairs rather than 1? I received a prompt gracious reply that someone would check into it. Several days later I wrote again. I mentioned that I would like to order another (third) pair but wished to have an answer on my missing pair first. Again I received a prompt reply apologizing and stating that not only would they be sure to sort an answer on my short shipment but if I gave the order number of my new order, I'd get a discount. I did place the order for a third pair (I really do like the fit!) but received no discount and no further communication. Disappointing. The two pairs I have are very nice and that is why I gave 3 stars. Would have been 5 had I received both pairs in the first shipment. Or received a clear and timely explanation, and/or replacement shipment.

OK, so this is going to be a weird review. I LOVE Liverpool pants. I love everything I have ever purchased from you. Here is the weird thing about my last order ... I received the pants I bought plus two more that I did not order in the next larger size. I immediately looked up your phone number and called to find out how I can get these back to you. Someone answered and I could hear someone else in the background saying the f word. Anyhow, I let the person who answered know what happened and she seemed confused. Said she would email me a return mailing slip the next day if she could. No thanks for calling to fix this or anything. It's been a week or so and I never got the email with instructions on how to return these extra pants and I still have these pants and no way to get them back to you. I love your clothing. This has just been a strange experience.

Best jeans ever. Will never buy another brand.

I purchased the high rise ankle jeans in a size 4. I am 5,2”, 115 lbs. These pull-on jeans are ABSOLUTELY the most comfortable pair of jeans I have ever owned! I will definitely be purchasing other Liverpool jeans! I am so happy to have discovered this brand!!!!

These are great pants. I expect they will get used a lot. Price was so right but shipping should be faster. It took a little over a week to get them.

I have several pair of Liverpool jeans. Denim, black, leggings. They fit like they were made for me. They,re reasonably priced. They wash well. I love them.

Love love love the boyfriend jeans. They are my go to for running errands, hanging with friends, dressing up on top to go out on the town. They do it all!

The pants I bought arrived with the strong smell of burnt tar or rubber that does not go away even after you wash it.

I ordered my first pair of jeans and loved them but when I was putting them on for the second time I notice a hole above the hem in the front. I had washed them twice and was wearing for the second time. I emailed customer service with a photo asking for an exchange or to purchase another pair at a discounted rate, they did not get back to me so I called customer service. The rep found my email and after telling her about the hole she immediately told me I had snagged them on something. I have had many pairs of jeans in my life time and have never "snagged" them on anything to make a whole. She said that she would have to get with her manager and another dept. and get back to me. I have still not heard back from anyone. The jeans are great but I would rate my purchase a zero because of the very bad customer service!

I am disappointed to say that the customer service on my return and refund status for ORDER # #23680 and #24125 is extremely lacking. I haven't received an update on its status at all. And my shoprunner shipment for my current order ORDER # 25255 (which was supposed to be 2-days) was over 10x days late.
