I shipped my return on 11/20. There is an update on 11/26 saying your business was closed and nothing since. I want my refund processed. I realize there's a holiday but this is getting ridiculous.

I ordered jeans in two sizes to see which pair would fit. They arrived and both were the same size - I tried to reorder in the size that wasn't delivered and they were out of stock. When they came back into stock I reordered in the correct size and when they arrived they were defective. When I returned my original order it took a month and two emails (after they had been delivered back to Liverpool) to have my return credited to my account.

Ordered a pair of chinos on line. At 11 days of no shipment I made several calls and emails to their customer service dept. Was told they didn't know the why or the where of my order. I asked that my order by shipped priority and was told by young woman that they would ship the order priority and add a 20% discount. Neither of these things happened but my chinos did arrive about 20 days after I placed the order. Chino material is just "OK", needs ironing after washing, What a hassle for a mediocre $89. Buyer beware applies to this company , IMO.

I ordered 2 pairs of size 6 sienna leggings and received 2 pairs of size 0!! And one pair was an Abby skinny not even a sienna.. So they are being returned. My first order direct through Liverpool and a big disappointment!

I bought two pair of skinny jeans after having received a pair in my Stitch Fix order last year. First it took a long time for them to get to me. I received an order number and when i tried to track it - there was an invalid order response. I called and emailed several times and after a week received an answer that "they'd probably go out this week" by a very unprofessional customer service rep. When I received the jeans i was anxious to wear the red pair. I put them on and all seemed well but as the day went on the thighs of the jeans seemed to stretch and became very unshapely and unflattering. I'm stuck with them now since i've worn them but I won't be wearing them again and they cost a lot of money. I've returned the black pair because i'm afraid they'll do the same thing. Very disappointed.

Apologies to hear your experience was not good. We transitioned warehouses and had a systems error causing delays. This is not the experience we want you to have with Liverpool Jeans. We would like to get you in a pair of jeans that works better for you - like the High Performance or 4-Way Stretch Sienna's. At the very least we want to get you a refund on the red Abby Skinny. I have emailed you a return label for those.
